This young rock-star Chef is only getting started and is happy to demonstrate his skills for the Okanagan.

The opportunity to learn and really understand how people eat in a different country really surprised and inspired me, so I decided to make a passionate career out of what had previously been a growing interest.

Daniel Tomelin, “The Dancing Gardener” MOONSTONE FERMENTS My first career involved looking for Canadian diamonds. This “grounded “me as I spend so much time fully surrounded by the majesty of nature. I took my fortune from this to help create the first Doctorate school in Behavioral Medicine stateside which was my “Mind - Body” educational phase. I then came back to the garden to reconnect with the Earth and learn more about its life force and see how I can change the world for the better again.
