FAQ’s

What is the application process?
We accept applications through our online form only.  Applications are reviewed and awarded on a first come first serve basis. All applicants will be notified by email with acceptance results within 14 days of applying. Accepted applicants will have 7 business days from the date of the acceptance email to pay the full amount of the booth fees.

Who can apply?
Okanagan Eats is accepting applications from Restaurants, Food & Liquor businesses, and any other associations or services relating to the food industry.

Can we hand out samples?
Yes. All restaurants, food, and liquor businesses are required to hand out samples.

What is included?
Each 6’ x 8’ or 10’ x 10’ booth space includes the following:

-        Drapery booth with 8’ high back walls and 3’ high side walls

-        One power outlet (750w)

-        One 6’ skirted table

-        Garbage Can

-        4 x staff weekend passes

-        2 x industry night passes

-        Listing in the official Show Guide

-        Yearly listing on the Okanagan Eats website

 

What are the event hours?

Thursday May 4th                        7:00pm – 11:00 pm (Industry Night)

Friday May 5th                                   1:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturday May 6th                            10:00am – 5:00pm

Is internet available?
Free WIFI is provided by the building. We cannot guarantee signal strength nor limit the amount of people accessing the same signal.

Where can we park?
Unfortunately dedicated vendor parking is not available.  Vendors are responsible for finding on-street parking near the building.  The Kelowna Curling Club parking lot and street parking directly in front of the building are reserved for Okanagan Eats customers.
